Is same day availability available?
Yes! Keep in mind, booking your practice appointment or your car rental appointment in advance will give you a better chance of you getting the time slot that you desire.
Where is the practicing location?
When booking a 2HR PennDOT Drivers Exam Practice , Car Rental for your PennDOT Exam, or a 1HR parallel parking lesson. Here are the PennDOT Locations available.

What types of Payment are accepted at Officially Licensed?
Officially Licensed only accepts CASH. Payment will be due the day of practice and or the day of your car rental. You will receive a receipt.
What is needed the DAY OF the PennDOT Drivers Exam?
The day of your drivers exam please physically have your learns permit. Also, if you wear eyeglasses please have on your eyeglasses on the day of your drivers exam.
If under the age 18, this form must be completed by a parent, guardian, or spouse who is 18 years of age or older. Signature by a a parent, guardian, or spouse will be needed for the underage student the DAY OF the drivers exam.
Please remember this form must be notarized!
Are Practice Packages Available?
Pay as you go. Sorry. Officially Licensed does NOT offer packages.
Is Transportation Available?
Officially Licensed offers door to door service for an additional cost. Please schedule in advance.
Is Officially Licensed Safe and Insured?
Officially Licensed vehicles has all of the required additional safety devices and up to date auto insurance needed. Safety is our top priority. All our vehicles are equipped with passenger-side brakes
