Scheduling Services
To schedule a service simply reach out to Officially Licensed via phone, or email. We recommend booking services in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Every Officially Licensed student will receive an confirmation text message once put on schedule.
Payment Options
Cash only. Payment is due at the time of service before service begins. You will receive a receipt.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Two or more request to reschedule or cancel you will be subject to a $50 nonrefundable deposit if you wish to be put on schedule again. This deposit will go towards your next service with Officially Licensed.
Test Takers Must Have
The day of your drivers exam please physically have your PA learns permit and cash payment. Also, if you wear eyeglasses please have on your eyeglasses.
If under the age 18, the test taker must have a parent or guardian with them the day of the drivers exam. The parent or guardian must have their state ID or drivers license with them.
If under the age 18, this form must be completed by a parent, or guardian who is 18 years of age or older. Signature by a a parent, guardian, or spouse will be needed for the underage student the DAY OF the drivers exam.
